- Email Account-Preferably a webmail account like Yahoo, MSN, Gmail, ect. These are convenient because they are free and you can keep them regardless of what happens with your current internet provider.
- Online Merchant Account-I have several of these listed such as Paypal, Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, etc. These account allow you to receive earnings and make payments, if necessary, securely online.
- Guidelines-Have in mind what requirements a PTC site must meet prior to seeking them out. This includes, but is not limited to, pay rates, ads per day, payout minimums, online reputation, online merchant acceptance, referral maximum, membership upgrade costs(and benefits), and marketing tools.
- Secure Spreadsheet-With each PTC site, you will be required to have a username and password. It will be very useful to have a spreadsheet with this information. It may also be used to track profits from each site. Make sure you will be the only person with access to you spreadsheet.
- Goal-The key to earning a sizable income on PTC sites is referrals. Have goal in mind as to how you will schedule your clicks per day and get a set minimum amount of referrals per day(I will later discuss methods of getting referral-free and otherwise).
