What is a PTC site? For those of you that are new to this industry, allow me to break this very lucrative opportunity down into elements and explain each. Let me start by saying that PTC sites are essentially websites that pay its member to click(select link with a mouse) advertisers ads to review as a potential customer. To fully understand this concept I have listed the elements as follows:
- Advertisers-PTC sites sell advertising packages offer businesses a set number of exposures to PTC site members for a set price(ex. 1000 clicks for $20). This allows the advertisers a chance to introduce their product or service to the consumer in an attempt to earn new customers like you.
- Members-PTC site member are You, the consumer. The roll of PTC site members is to get paid(between $0.001 to $0.02) to review the advertisements. Member also have ways to maximize the opportunity and earning potential. This will be described in more detail on other posts.
- Referrals-PTC sites reward members for bringing them new members by paying a percentage of the referred member's earnings to the referring member. Referrals don't lose any of their earnings, each ad purchase is priced to pay a member and a referral with each click.
- Sites-PTC sites basically facilitate the transaction between the advertisers and the consumers(members). These sites typically offer opportunities to invest into an upgraded membership which allows higher earnings via better paying clicks and more referrals.
- Online Merchants-PTC sites use online merchants such as paypal and alertpay to send and recieve payments to/from advertisers and members.
All PTC sites aren't the same. Make sure to evaluate the opportunity with each PTC site to make sure it's the one for you. The differences range from payout amounts(how much you have to earn before you can request payment) to earnings per click. Some offer bonuses, earnings from games or reading emails or even completing online offers. This varies by PTC site.
